Background
The first task once buying the boat was to get the 12v electrics, 240v electrics, cooking, hot and cold water working. Its so much easier to work on the boat when your warm and well fed.
Well, actually first off get some 12v power to the main switch panel and get the cold water pump to work.
A rusty choco block. Easy fix. Time to invest in some marine grade, waterproof connectors for when I know what wires I am keeping.
Then sterilise the cold water system and flush it through.
Sort out the gas supply, replace the 4.5Kg bottles with 7Kg, fit multiple C0 monitors, fit smoke detectors and get the gas monitor to work.
Discover the cooker just works.... Yay lol
Lesson number 1 with boats..... there is always another job to be done.
Get power to the hot water pump, discover the hot water pump doesn’t work.
Another couple of rusty choco blocks.
Replace the pump and discover the water heater does work.
Check out the taps and some work, some do not and many work sometimes but not others.
Sort out the shore power feed to the internal 240V and get the kettle, microwave and TV working.
Yay a home from home.
